Dual Citizenship:

• $800-$1,000 (per person)

SENTRI / GLOBAL ENTRY:

• $200 (per adult)

• $150 (per minor)

Includes preparation of application and if conditionally approved scheduling in person interview. APPLICATION FEE IS SEPARATE.

• $400 Reconsideration request (appeal to Ombudsman)

• $50 SENTRI / Global Entry denial phone conference (25 minutes)

U.S. Passport:

• $75- New application or renewal.

Service includes preparation of application and scheduling of in person appointment (for new applications). Does not include postage or passport photographs.

FOIA:

• $250 (Department of Homeland Security- U.S. CBP)

Legal Document Assistant Services:

• $75 Preparation of general forms (government or state forms)

• $150 Birth Certificate Amendment forms (Vital Records fee & Notary Fee are separate)

Civil Law:

• $850 Restraining Order Packets (Civil)

• $850 Petition for Name Change

Family Law:

• $1,000 Dissolution Packet (initial filing, includes Preliminary Disclosures)

• $1,500 Judgment Packet and Marital Settlement Agreement

• $850 Dissolution Response Packet (includes Response and Preliminary Disclosures)

• $850 Restraining Order Packet (includes forms, Declaration and Notice of Lodgment of Exhibits)

• $850 Response to Restraining Order

• $1,500 Request for Order Packets (includes Declaration and Notice of Lodgment of Exhibits)

• $150 Subpoena preparation (per entity)

Criminal Law:
